Yūji Mitsuya (三ツ矢 雄二 Mitsuya Yūji, born October 18, 1954) is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and sound supervisor from Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture who is affiliated with Bring Up. He graduated from Meiji University. He was the original Japanese voice of PP Adamsky in X-Bomber.

He is best known for his roles in Touch (Tatsuya Uesugi), Combattler V (Hyōma Aoi), Kiteretsu Daihyakka (Kōji Togari), Saint Seiya (Virgo Shaka) and his Japanese dubbing roles for The Lion King (Timon) and the TV Asahi version of the Japanese dub of the Back to the Future trilogy (Marty McFly).

He performed in the band Slapstick (スラップスティック) with Toru Furuya, Kazuyuki Sogabe, Akio Nojima and fellow X-Bomber voice actor Toshio Furukawa.
